Orders & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within the United States is free. Insured Shipping + Priority Processing is $4.95, and Priority Express Shipping is $9.95. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Free Standard Shipping arrives in 7–11 business days total, Insured Shipping in 6–10, and Priority Express in 5–9.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at this time — we currently deliver to U.S. addresses only. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships (allow 24–48 hours for activation). You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 90 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Contact us first for approval — see the full Return and Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days of arrival, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after that.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed over encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant systems.

Are your products medical devices?
