Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back — please do not ship items without contacting us first.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@physioathletx.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and reply with return instructions and the return address within 24–48 hours on business days.
- Ship the item back following the instructions provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is the result of our error (for example, a defective, damaged, or incorrect item). We do not charge restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return arrives at our facility, we will inspect it within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Banks and card issuers may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
