Track Your Order
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a direct tracking link. Here is how to follow your delivery:
- Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation email (also check spam/promotions folders).
- Click the tracking link in the email, or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website shown in your confirmation.
- Allow 24–48 hours after the email arrives for the carrier to scan your parcel and activate tracking.
Tracking Shows No Movement?
Occasional gaps of 2–3 business days between scans are normal, especially mid-transit. If your tracking has not updated for longer than that, or your order has not arrived within the delivery window in our Shipping Policy, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Can't Find Your Tracking Number?
