Every order at PhysioAthletX is packed and dispatched from our U.S. fulfillment center so it reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. Below you will find our shipping options, processing times, and delivery estimates. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) usually begin processing the same business day; orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next business day. During promotional periods or peak season, processing can take slightly longer.
Delivery Timeframes
Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. The estimates above cover the vast majority of orders, though carrier delays, weather events, or incorrect address details can occasionally extend delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier right away.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the parcel and activate tracking. You can also follow your parcel at any time via our Track Your Order page.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please provide a full residential or commercial street address at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, email us at support@physioathletx.com within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) and include photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can usually update an address before the order is processed, but not once it has shipped. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect customer-provided address may require an additional shipping fee to be re-dispatched.
